Documentation required for account opening


Relationship Terms of Business

  1. Registration Certificate issued by the Palestinian Registrar of Companies.
  2. Registration Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  3. Board Resolution Certificate showing the purpose of the business and the names of all partners and authorised signatories.
  4. Memorandum and Articles of Association certified by the Companies Controller Department.
  5. ‘To whom it may concern’ certificate issued by the Companies Controller Department.
  6. Introduction letter from a reputable bank.
  7. Tax number.
  8. Original IDs of all partners and authorised signatories who have a 10 per cent or greater stake in the business.
  9. Personal addressed and contact numbers of all partners and authorised signatories by a letter bearing their names and signatures.
